Win Store Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly organized Admin Manager to oversee the administrative operations of the company. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office activities, maintaining office efficiency, and supporting other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Job Overview:

As an Admin Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the administrative functions of the organization. This includes managing office resources, supervising administrative staff, and implementing effective procedures to ensure optimal efficiency. You will play a key role in maintaining a productive and positive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and maintenance, ensuring all resources are available and functional.
  • Supervise and train administrative staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Develop, implement, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage internal communications, schedules, and meetings for the leadership team.
  • Handle HR-related administrative tasks such as employee records, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management as required.
  • Support other departments with various administrative tasks to help meet company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Admin Manager or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office) and basic accounting software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: MMK 500,000 - 800,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
