What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary Range: MMK 400,000 - 600,000, negotiable based on experience.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Spearhead daily administrative operations, guiding the admin team towards achieving operational excellence.
• Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure a seamless and efficient working environment.
• Play a pivotal role in budget planning and management for the administrative department.
• Enhance interdepartmental communication, acting as a key liaison between executives and staff.
• Manage office resources effectively, including allocation of equipment, supplies, and overseeing personnel requirements.

Who You Are:

• Boasting a minimum of 5 years in administrative roles with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Adept in utilizing Microsoft Office 365 Suite to streamline operations and communication.
• An exceptional communicator with a strong command of the English language, both in writing and speaking.
