Your Role: As a pivotal member of our team, you will:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints through phone, email, or direct interaction.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to enhance customer knowledge.
• Efficiently resolve service issues by liaising with relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage data entry tasks and maintain comprehensive customer records.
• Collaborate with the CRM desk to update and maintain an accurate customer database.

Who We're Looking For:

• Individuals with 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, demonstrating a commitment to excellent service delivery.
• Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening, to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
• Experience with CRM software is an advantage, enabling efficient customer management.
