What We Offer:

• Salary Range: MMK 180,000 - 250,000, flexible based on your skills and experience.
• Commission: Earn up to 0.50% - 3% on sales, directly reflecting your efforts and achievements.
• No Sales Targets: Focus on building relationships and delivering quality without the pressure of meeting specific sales quotas.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

Your Role:

• Cultivate new customer relationships while nurturing existing ones, enhancing their experience and satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with our Inventory and Marketing teams to align sales strategies and initiatives.
• Remain knowledgeable of market trends and product offerings to effectively respond to customer inquiries.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in sales or customer service, with a knack for engaging and understanding customer needs.
• A proficient user of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, with excellent communication skills in English across all competencies.
• Motivated by a role that rewards your initiative and dedication through a competitive commission structure, without the constraint of fixed sales targets.
