About the Role

Win Store Co., Ltd. is actively seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of our warehousing operations, from receiving and storing products to distribution. Your primary goal is to ensure that our warehouse functions operate at peak efficiency, thereby meeting our company’s policies and vision.

Responsibilities

• Manage the warehouse in alignment with the company’s policies and objectives.
• Oversee the day-to-day receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse layout and space utilization.
• Ensure compliance with warehousing, handling, and shipping regulations.
• Monitor and maintain safety and hygiene standards.
• Control inventory levels and perform data reconciliation.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget for warehouse operations.
• Establish working relationships with suppliers, clients, and transport companies.
• Assign tasks and manage staff schedules to meet productivity targets.
• Recruit and train new warehouse personnel.
• Generate regular reports to track warehouse performance metrics.
• Maintain a feedback loop to continually improve service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with proven experience as a Warehouse Manager.
• Knowledgeable in warehouse best practices and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent multitasking, time-management, and deadline-oriented capabilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Additional Information

• Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and relevant warehouse management software is highly desired.
