About the Role
We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

Job Responsibilities
โœ… Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
โœ… Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
โœ… Manage the recruitment and selection process
โœ… Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
โœ… Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
โœ… Checking employeesโ€™ daily and monthly attendance, overtime, and leave
โœ… Nurture a positive working environment
โœ… Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
โœ… Maintain pay plan and benefits program
โœ… Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
โœ… Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Liaise with governments departments as necessary
โœ… Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Requirements
๐Ÿ“Œ Degree in Human Resources or a related field
๐Ÿ“Œ Minimum 5 years of working experience
๐Ÿ“Œ Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive
๐Ÿ“Œ People-oriented and results-driven
๐Ÿ“Œ Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
๐Ÿ“Œ Knowledge of HR systems and databases
๐Ÿ“Œ Fluent in both written and spoken English
๐Ÿ“Œ Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
๐Ÿ“Œ Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
๐Ÿ“Œ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
๐Ÿ“Œ Proficient in MS Office
๐Ÿ“Œ In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
