About the Role
We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
To us, an HR Manager is a go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that your HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.

Job Responsibilities
βœ… Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
βœ… Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
βœ… Manage the recruitment and selection process
βœ… Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
βœ… Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
βœ… Checking employees’ daily and monthly attendance, overtime, and leave
βœ… Nurture a positive working environment
βœ… Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
βœ… Maintain pay plan and benefits program
βœ… Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
βœ… Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Liaise with governments departments as necessary
βœ… Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Requirements
πŸ“Œ Degree in Human Resources or a related field
πŸ“Œ Minimum 5 years of working experience
πŸ“Œ Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive
πŸ“Œ People-oriented and results-driven
πŸ“Œ Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
πŸ“Œ Knowledge of HR systems and databases
πŸ“Œ Fluent in both written and spoken English
πŸ“Œ Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
πŸ“Œ Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
πŸ“Œ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
πŸ“Œ Proficient in MS Office
πŸ“Œ In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
