Role Overview: Join us as a Purchasing Executive and be at the forefront of sourcing a wide array of products, negotiating terms with suppliers, and overseeing procurement processes to fuel our company's growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forge and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts to secure the best terms and prices.
• Evaluate vendors for reliability and quality, ensuring they meet our stringent criteria for cost-effectiveness.
• Proactively manage inventory levels, initiating purchase orders to align with business needs.
• Work closely with internal teams to accurately forecast future purchasing requirements.
• Stay ahead of market trends, identifying potential new products and suppliers to enhance our offerings.
• Uphold the company's purchasing policies and standards, ensuring compliance throughout the procurement process.

Who We're Looking For:

• A holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Someone with at least 3 years of experience in a purchasing role, ideally within a similar industry.
• An individual with proficient English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• A candidate with strong analytical abilities, excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Office 365 Suite and familiarity with procurement software.
