About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team. You will oversee the performance and coordination of our sales staff, both retail and non-retail. Additionally, you may be tasked with managerial roles, such as budgeting, accounting, and procurement. Your ultimate goal is to drive our business goals by ensuring excellent customer service and a strong, effective sales team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers, respond to inquiries and complaints.
• Supervise employees in sales, inventory management, and customer service.
• Ensure customers are provided with high-quality service and products.
• Manage inventory levels and restock as required.
• Train staff to handle complex sales scenarios.
• Oversee financial planning, including budget preparation and expense tracking.
• Develop pricing strategies and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Participate in trade shows to identify new market opportunities.
• Coach, recruit, and discipline staff; approve vendor contracts.
• Utilize IT systems for data recording and analysis.
• Collaborate with company officials to optimize sales strategies.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Evaluate and monitor sales staff performance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High School diploma; Bachelor's in Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or customer service.
• Proven sales track record.
• Basic computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and persuasive.
• Strong understanding of our services and market position.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Additional Information

• Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite is highly desired.
