About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Job Responsibilities
โœ… Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns
โœ… Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
โœ… Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
โœ… Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the companyโ€™s customer base and ensures its strong presence
โœ… Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
โœ… Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
โœ… Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
โœ… Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
โœ… Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
โœ… Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
โœ… Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
โœ… Setting sales quotas and goals
โœ… Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team
โœ… Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
โœ… Defining and executing territory sales plans
โœ… Undertake other relevant managerial responsibilities
Requirements
๐Ÿ“Œ A bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or a related field
๐Ÿ“Œ Minimum 5 years + of managerial sales experience.
๐Ÿ“Œ Experience in management may be advantageous
๐Ÿ“Œ Proven work on English language literacy.
๐Ÿ“Œ Experience using SaaS tools and Office 365
๐Ÿ“Œ Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing
๐Ÿ“Œ Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
๐Ÿ“Œ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
๐Ÿ“Œ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
๐Ÿ“Œ Strong business sense and industry expertise
๐Ÿ“Œ Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
๐Ÿ“Œ Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
