1. What Is Covered
Win Store provides a 3-month limited warranty from date of purchase on eligible products against manufacturing defects. Coverage includes:
- Products that fail to function due to factory defects
- Components that break under normal, intended use
- Products where the defect existed at time of purchase
- Items where the defect is confirmed by our technical team
2. What Is NOT Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation
- Normal wear and tear (brake pads, filters, gaskets, belts used past service life)
- Products modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized parties
- Consumable items: oil filters, air filters, fuel filters, spark plugs (after use)
- Damage from incorrect product selection or incompatibility
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that do not affect function
- Products with removed or damaged serial numbers
3. Eligible Products

- Bearings — 3 months
- Alternators & Starters — 3 months
- Water Pumps — 3 months
- Steering Components — 3 months
- Electronic Parts — 3 months
- Power Tools — 3 months per brand policy
❌ Not Eligible (Consumables)
- Oil & Air Filters — one-time use
- Brake Pads & Shoes — wear items
- Gaskets & Seals — consumable
- Engine & Gear Oil — consumable
- Spark Plugs — after installation
- Timing Belts — after installation
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Provide Proof
Share your order number, purchase receipt, and clear photos of the defect
Technical Assessment
Our team will assess the claim within 2–3 business days
Resolution
If approved, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on stock availability

Products must be returned to the nearest Win Store branch or arranged for pickup
