About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Job Responsibilities
βœ… Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns
βœ… Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
βœ… Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
βœ… Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
βœ… Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
βœ… Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
βœ… Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
βœ… Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
βœ… Setting discount rates and determining price schedules
βœ… Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
βœ… Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
βœ… Setting sales quotas and goals
βœ… Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team
βœ… Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
βœ… Defining and executing territory sales plans
βœ… Undertake other relevant managerial responsibilities
πŸ“Œ A bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or a related field
πŸ“Œ Minimum 5 years + of managerial sales experience.
πŸ“Œ Experience in management may be advantageous
πŸ“Œ Proven work on English language literacy.
πŸ“Œ Experience using SaaS tools and Office 365
πŸ“Œ Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing
πŸ“Œ Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
πŸ“Œ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
πŸ“Œ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
πŸ“Œ Strong business sense and industry expertise
