Win Store Co., Ltd. is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. This role requires a dynamic leader with excellent organizational skills, a strong background in logistics and inventory management, and the ability to ensure smooth operations while maximizing efficiency and productivity.

Job Overview:

As a Warehouse Manager, you will manage the end-to-end operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, staff management, logistics coordination, and ensuring the timely dispatch of goods. You will play a key role in optimizing warehouse processes, ensuring safety standards, and meeting company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and timely stock replenishment.
• Monitor and maintain safety standards and compliance with warehouse regulations.
• Lead, manage, and train warehouse staff to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures and optimize processes to improve operational performance.
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Perform regular stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Manage the warehouse budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to stock and deliveries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar logistics/warehouse management role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management software.
• Ability to manage a team and optimize warehouse processes.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting on warehouse performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: MMK 600,000 - 800,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
